Well the season is over and sadly the heat won (i dont like them) but they earn it so congrats to them including veterans like Juwan Howard, Shane Battier and Mike Miller. Congrats to the Thunders as well for not giving up and for having a great year. This was truly a great year in the NBA.. From Lamar Odom being traded from the Lakers as well as Derek Fisher to the legacy of Jeremy Lin and his impact to the Knicks until he got hurt and of course Lebron James and Chris Bosh winning there first championship. All this in a shorten season. Gotta imagine what will it be like once it goes back to 82 games next year. Now that the season is over it’s time to predict teams for next season.

WESTERN CONFERENCE
Thunders (OKC) had the best season in history and the best since leaving seattle. They came up short tho in the finals to the Heat but this is a very young team and this will be better next year as long Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant and James Harden and the supporting cast of that team are doing there thang. Derek Fisher might not be back with that team.

Lakers (LAL) wasnt the same laker team without Odom or Fisher, Andrew Bynum havent live up to the hype and Kobe Bryant is still A top 5 player! With success from Ramon Sessions and Steve Blake at point guard the Lakers will be back in the playoff. But will Kobe finally get ring #6?

Spurs (SA) as old as that team is they are still a threat  and a force in the NBA. Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker still got something left in them old legs and with a corp of young skill players around them they might be the best team in the west again until they enter the playoff. We just have to see.

Mavericks (DAL) was a different team without Tyson Chandler and it was evident when they got swept in the 1st rounds.. They got enough money to land a big time player. Just gotta wonder can they get both Dwight Howard or Deron Williams or both! Dirk Nowitzki isnt getting any younger and that defense wont get better.

Clippers (LAC) made it the second round for the second time since moving to Los Angeles.. Can Chris Paul, Blake Griffin  and the Clippers improved from last year and maybe win that division over the Lakers??

Grizzlies (MEM) had there second best season ever until they lost in seven at home to the Clippers.. my question is will this team contest against the best of the west or will they miss the playoff cause this team is dangerous, time will tell.

Jazz (UTA) made it back to the playoff and got smack by the Spurs. This is a young team with a young coach in Tyrone Corbin but I dont think what they did this season will happen again next season. They will compete tho but to me there  wont be back in the playoff next season.

Nuggets (DEN) will be back in the playoff on the strengh of Ty Lawson. He becoming a top 10 point guard in my eyes and with coach George Karl at the helm they will be back. My problem is WHEN will they finally get past the 1st round.

Rockets (HOU) other than Kevin Martin, there wasnt much exposure on every one else on that team nationally I mean unless you live in houston. This team was able to have a winning record tho but can they do it again and can they improve on last season mild success?

Kings (SAC) had another bad season plus the fact that might be leaving is another reason for this team as a whole. They got two good players in Tyreke Evans and DeMarcus Cousins. This is still a rebuilding process so no playoff for them.

Suns (PHX) had a decent year in what might be Steve Nash last year with them. If they resign him and inproved on that defense I can smell playoff berth but if not and they cant resign Steve Nash than next stop lottery pick!

Timberwolves (MIN) had much success until Ricky Rubio went down and so did this team. With him and Kevin Love this team can surprised alot of teams in the west if healthy.

Trailblazers (POR) had a horrible year. First Brandon Roy retired then next this team went down down down hill!! And coach Nate McMillan was fired. This team got potenials and if they fail to make it to the playoffs I could see a rebuilding mode taking place.

Hornets (NOH) was just awful!! I can see why Chris Paul didnt wanna be there. One thing is for sure. This team wont be in the playoff next season and a season after. Too many issuses within that organization. It gonna be a while

Warriors (GSW) didnt have a great year. They surely wont have a great season next season after trading away Monta Ellis. As good as Stephen Curry is he always Hurt! They can score but they cant defend!! Coach Marc Jackson wont be back next season if they dont improved and quick.

EASTERN CONFERENCE
Heat (MIA) won the NBA finals but now theres new question marks?? Can they do it again? Can the big three of Lebron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh perform at an all-Star level without injury and who in the supporting cast will help them get another ring.

Bulls (CHI) had the best record in the east again but for knock out of the playoff once Derrick Rose got hurt. The biggest question is will Rose be ready when the new season starts? this team aint the same without him and I they need another scorer on this team.

Celtics (BOS) as old as this team is. They no doubt will be back in the playoff with or without the big three. Ray Allen might be let go and Kevin Garnett might retired but they got the best point guard in the league in Rajon Rando and Paul Pierce is still here as well. there run as a team to make it out of the east is over.

Magic (ORL) might be in the playoff, and they might not. It might all depends on the status of Dwight Howard and if he will even be on this team next season. After that this team needs a scorer and defense. Lots of it if or if not Howard leave.

Knicks (NYK) after one of the most up and down and up seasons in a long time the Knicks are one of the best time in the east. They got the playera to go toe to toe with the Heat or Bulls or Celtics. As long as Carmelo Anthony, Amare Stoudemire and Tyson Chandler stays healthy and they can resign Jeremy Lin and Steve Novak back this team can make a run.

Pacers (IND) almost got rid of the Heat but it wasnt meant to be so the question is can this team build off the success of this? They need another scorer to go along with this young but already talented defense. They be back in the playoff as well.

Hawks (ATL) is getting older and sooner or later that window of being a great team is closing. They will be back in the playoff with Joe Johnson, Josh Smith, Al Hortford etc. but no championship with this roster.

76ers (PHI) beat the Bulls and almost the Celtics. This team on paper looks decent but they play hard, with a veteran like Elton Brand and Andre Igouldla and others they will be back. They need a scorer and a big guy on the post.

Bucks (MIL) even tho they missed the playoff, this team have an outside chance this year. As long Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis stay heatlhy and positive this backcourt duo can score at will. That my dark horse team for next season.

Cavaliers (CLE) rebound from a horrible year in part from a young point guard in Kyre Irving who also won rookie of the year. This is still a rebuilding mode so no playoff for them.

Raptors (TOR) this team got a few bright spots like Jose Calderon and Leoandro Barbosa but after that this team have holes to fill up north in canada. No playoff for them.

Pistons (DET) used to be on top of the world.. Now there under a rock! This team got too many egos and some chance need to be made to this team. After that they will be a good team again, just not next season.

Bobcats (CHA) finish having the worst record in NBA history. Michael Jordan the player wouldnt like Michael Jordan the owner. This team has too many issues and it looks like it gonna be a long season for them again. It will be a while before they be back in the playoff.

Wizards (WAS) well after John Wall this team once again wont be in the playoff next season. None.. Not for a while.. There some bright spots tho so who knows…

Nets (NJ/BROOKLYN) Well now since the Nets are no longer in New Jersey.. Many questions I have. One will the Nets keep the name? Can they resign Deron Williams and somehow get Dwight Howard?? If they can do that the Brooklyn Nets are instant contenders big time. If not? Then no chance in hell. I know it gonna be crazy when the Knicks and Nets faces each other tho but this team is a question mark.

Well that my predictions.. Oh wait no it not!! Here is my playoff predictions

Lakers                    Bulls

Mavericks              Knicks
